Dr. John Duncan
Dr. Duncan grew up in upstate New York, living in Pittsburgh, Chicago and Houston before settling in the Atlanta area. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology at the State University of New York and graduated from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine, where he was awarded the Certificate of Merit for proficiency in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery. He has worked in general practice and surgery-only practice and has performed thousands of surgeries.

Dr. Duncan has one dog: Sport, a wire-haired terrier mix. He enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, camping, bicycling, motorcycling, and running. 

Dr. Inna Donelan
Dr Donelan grew up mostly in Massachusetts. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts and received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Georgia. She is fluent in Russian.

Dr Donelan has three cats named Tabasco, Aaron Purr, and Truffle and a bearded dragon named Haku. In her free time she enjoys cooking and outdoor exercise, and can frequently be found on a soccer sideline cheering on her daughter or Atlanta United.

Dr. Claire Rice
Dr. Rice grew up in Florida, Russia and Georgia and speaks fluent Russian. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Georgia. She has experience with exotics as well as cats and dogs. She will see snakes, lizards, turtles, birds, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, rats, and other pocket pets.

Clare has two cats and a bearded dragon and enjoys travel and hiking in the mountains with her partner.

ELIZABETH

Office Manager

Elizabeth was born & raised in Georgia. She joined our WCAH team in 2018, starting as a kennel assistant and moving up to help us in reception and as a veterinary assistant. She spends her spare time with her family and her fur baby, Teddy Robin, Shih-Tzu/Terrier mix. She enjoys caring for pets while educating owners in the best way to provide a happy and healthy routine and life for their pets. She is also able to assist Spanish-speaking owners and families.

Jennifer was born in Honduras then moved to Mexico. She moved to the United States to have a better education. She is majoring in Human Development and Aging Services. She started with us because a friend worked here and she loves her co-workers and patients. Jennifer tries her best to go above and beyond for her clients, to have a positive attitude and to do her best at work. She loves dogs and hopes to have one one day. Jennifer like to travel, dance and try new things.

Veterinary Technician
Jessica was born in South Florida but has been in Georgia most of her life. She has been part of the Winters Chapel family since 2006. She has always loved animals and started in our kennel. She worked her way up from kennel to lead technician. Jessica is very passionate about providing great customer service and loves to educate clients about their pets and their needs. In her spare time, Jessica loves to travel and do anything involving horses. She lives part time in Atlanta and part time in a camper with her husband and 3 dogs.
